I will preface this review by saying that I have very high expectations when I hire a contractor and have zero tolerance for any shortfall. I am a skeptic by nature because I have a lifetime of experience and have been down in the dirt most of that time. I solicited proposals from four companies and was very careful that I gave each company all the information on my property as I understood it and gave the exact same information to each contractor.
