I have had nothing but great experiences with KC Pools! Last summer, I had an issue with my saltwater generator not working and they were able to get someone out within a day or two (at a busy time of year) and repair it at a reasonable price. They closed my pool last year and opened my pool this year and the crew was very friendly and courteous and thorough. Their communication with me is excellent. KC Pools has been wonderful to work with and very responsive and quick to handle our small fix it items on the pool. When we had to replace a liner on our aged pool, they were able to it quickly and make some other fixes we had let pile up

KC Pools have had our pools back (if thats possible) for a couple traumatic episodes! They replaced our liner after it was ruined by ground water and our last company ignored our problem. And lately, replaced a pump for us. They always respond, are always calm when I want to get cranky. Come right out and get the job done!
