Just called and started Trash pick up with KC Disposal with Yana. She was very thorough and I appreciated that she took time to answer my questions. There is already a can at the new place and I needed to confirm that it is 'Garbage' and not recycle. I called back to ask. They again confirmed how many cans and the type of each can I was getting. So wonderful to not have any confusion in communication! Well done! Everyone is obviously well trained.

The company came in to my area and offered me very competitive rates. Then they jacked up rates to match what I had been paying before. 😅 I had to call multiple times to schedule leaf pickup - which didn’t happen multiple times. I was assured it would come, and then I was told that my leaf bags weren’t on the curb. When I offered to show them my camera footage disputing that; they changed their story. Customer service is often transferred overseas. I love all people globally and I have No probl
