Ok, here’s the deal, this gentleman did the unthinkable in the digital, zero personal connection world we live in. First he answered the phone on the second ring, while he was on a job. Secondly he came out quickly and quoted me an incredibly fair price with in my estimation, lofty promises as far as taking the wall apart on both sides, cleaning it up and reassembling it as if the enormous crack was never there.
