I had a very large window shatter. Likely due to house settling. Katy west glass retuned my call within minutes. They were out within a hour and only took two days to replace my custom window. Mike was the best. Great communication, great price and a hard working team that did a great install. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I took the time to take and send photos as requested, but the company never responded afterward. It feels like my time and effort were completely disregarded.

I needed an insulated window for the attic. Mike took the order while he was busy in the field, placed the order shortly thereafter and delivered the window to me two days later.
