I had a pipe burst and soaked part of my condo. I called Kans Water Resortoration and they were at my place in about 30 minutes. They came in and immediately got to work pulling out the ruined flooring and carpet padding. They brought in dehumidifiers and big fans to dry the carpet and the walls that got wet. Warning: very unprofessional, does not bring equipment, broke a cover to attic, leaves a mess, does not respond to text messages but reads them, never sends estimate and then claims to be too busy for a job that is not the correct one. Not sure if this guy is on something or just doesn’t care about business. Very surprised based off of reviews. Definitely misleading because I couldn’t even get a response or quote.
