From the first day we were not given all the info requested and that just continued through the process. Once you pay the 75% they do not do honest work. The schedules were not communicated and so we were without a kitchen for 2 months when we were told it would be 3 weeks (they had everything in stock). I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Kansas Granite Mart regarding the quartz slab installed on my kitchen island.
I specifically selected and paid more for a black, shiny, dark quartz with white veining, expecting durability, stain resistance, and a polished finish. What I received instead is a black matte surface that shows everything, fingerprints, water spots, food marks, and even plate outlines just from normal use.

Cabinets were not installed to the ceiling as I requested so I was charged for the filler pieces to hide the gap between the ceiling and the top of the cabinets. The installers put trim pieces on some of the exterior and not all. I was charged additional to have trim pieces installed so that it would match with the installers had initially done.
