Can't speak to a human. They billed me two months after I cancelled my service for a month of energy I didn't even use. I signed up to leave a review at the end of the call just so I could tell them how stupid their customer service system is and they Hung up on me so I couldn't even do the survey. The automated system needs a line that leads to human customer service agents so people can actually fix their problems. I shouldn't have to call the emergency line to talk to a human, that's a horrib
The absolute worse service ever. Some of the dumbest people on the phone too. Waited 30 minutes for a phone call to talk to someone and they hung up by accident and never called me back again.
