I discovered Kansas City Rug Cleaning and Repair with an internet search. Their customer service is excellent! After completing an online inquiry, Travis Briar sent an immediate response and quickly after, a price for cleaning. We have several Labrador Retrievers in our home and their bladders had been less than kind to our older but beautiful, wool, area rug. Additionally, as we rolled up the rug, we discovered extensive powder underneath; indicating the backing had completely disintegrated.

Working with KC Rug cleaning was amazing - they are the nicest people. In addition to doing a wonderful job cleaning my rugs, they also did a great job getting the dog urine smells taken care of. Now I just have to make sure to keep the dogs away from these nicely cleaned rugs!

These guys are great. I have had them clean and wash and de-moth many vintage/tribal rugs over the years and they have always gone above and beyond
