Going on a month late still haven’t received material. It’s been sitting 45 min away for 5 days and I can’t even go pick it up. I call the carrier and get put on hold. I ask KM what they can do to make it right as I’m now being charged for delaying production on the project we need the ridge to complete get placed on hold then disconnected.
