We liked Ari & how he quickly came to our home to talk through the project on Jan 16 for changing the pitch to our view deck and updating the roofing, railing & gutter system. Now 3 weeks later we still don't have a quote and he isn't returning my calls or texts. If you don't want the job, be professional and communicate that instead of the silent treatment.

Ari hired my husbands company FINE LINE CONCRETE CUTTING to cut a door into a concrete wall. Ari was responsive until it came time for payment . He has since never answered the phone , or email. We’ve called his consulting number on google and Monarch solutions answers the phone and tells us they will get in touch with Ari and have him call us back but we have yet to hear from him.

He did an amazing job. Was on time, professional and answered my questions would definitely recommend.
