I am updating this review to include my most recent five-star experience with Kalka -- a water heater flush performed by Derek. He did an amazing job! It was apparent from the sediment in the drained water that this flush was sorely needed. Derek proved himself to be a proficient plumbing professional from start to finish. He even exceeded my expectations by helping me water my garden with the effluent (which was tepid because I had turned off the heater the day before). I can now look forward t
