Kaine fixed my leaking gas outlets and improved other outlets for my generator project. He quickly replied, did not torture me with many unrelated questions, made an assessment, provided reasonable estimates and did everything nicely for good process. He also quickly fixed a flexypipe on the gas water heater.

Kaine is the best plumber ever. He is extremely sharp and knowledgeable about plumbing and everything else as well regarding home building. He even helped me move a light switch once when I was in a bind. His prices are fair and the experience overall is excellent.

The job was to install plumbing into two bathrooms, he chipped and dented brand new cabinets. Did not have supplies had to go at least four times to hardware store to obtain them and the big kicker was that both bathrooms were leaking throughout the evening and he had to come back to fix the next day after saying the job was done the prior day. Very unprofessional for overcharging what he initially quoted

prompt, knowledgeable, courteous in explaining me questions, and did a great job replacing the water heater.
