If I could give no stars I would. I scheduled my appointment with Kc to have the carpet cleaned in two rooms and and have two mattresses cleaned. Kc showed up got his guy lined out and left. The guy got my mattresses somewhat cleaned then moved to the carpets, he did not use a machine to clean them, he sprayed some stuff on them, then used almost like a buffer with a pad on it to I guess soak up the chemical.
