Fair contractor highly recommend

As a local contractor, I've seen the results of nearly all the builders in the area, and these guys are at the top of the pack for our area.

We hired K.C. Orr in August 2013 to build our custom home. He and his project manager Gary did an outstanding job. After six years, the house still looks new and the solid construction is a joy. When there was a little issue with one of the subs, K.C. made it right. Highly recommended.

People are nice, I have been waiting for a quote for at least 4 months. It is difficult to get a hold of the project manager, I called the office and spoke with the office manager. He did tell me the PM was very busy and would see where the bid was at. I get an email from the PM stating he will no longer provide an estimate for one of my projects (which I wanted to start this month). The PM also stated he is withdrawing a previous project proposal.
