They are great in the beginning and Heather is very helpful in taking the time to go over details. I take one star away because I had some concerns of the design near the end but was a little blown off and ignored. Everything ended up working out fine in the end but after spending well over 10k, I wasn't even reached out to afterwards to make sure everything did work out.
