Have been with them since 2020.. it’s been very unfortunate that their service quality has decreased since last year.. had to call them multiple times to get the weed spray as they are not doing their job correctly the first time. This was not the case before. It’s the same issue this year as well. The weed spray has not worked and I see the weeds growing back. I used Jurassic Lawn Care, 2years they damaged my lawn (Oct or Nov 2023) by spilling weed treatment in my back yard and killed my grass. Then they said will fix it in new year treatment April 2024 by sprinkling seeds and butting 2 small grass on ground. After waiting few months as company suggested, the grass did not grow back and now backyard looks horrible. One of the worth companies to work after one year and half my lawn doesn’t change at all and when i called them after 2month they showed up and telling me that they program is not coverd all weed for better programs i need to pay extra and there’s no warranty for results! So guys dont waste your money like me They never respond on time and they don’t care about the customers!
