Scheduled to have a couple things picked up for donation today, 4/29, for 9am and received both a booking confirmation as well as an appointment reminder. No one showed up, and when I tried to call, I got an immediate message saying the number could not be completed as dialed. So I waited for an hour and half, 8:45-10:15, heard nothing nor did anyone show up. I sent an email and still haven’t gotten a response to that either. Pretty unprofessional to be honest.
