They’ve promised to come twice and never showed up!!!!

wasted a Sunday afternoon waiting for them to show up for a 2pm appointment. Followed up at 2:20 and was toll they would ”be there soon and a manager would call back”. None of the above happened…I called back once again at 3pm and was told the same thing. Nobody showed or even called back. I do NOT recommend and am tempted to charge/bill them for my time!
