Elk Grove junk removal came through for me. They worked with me on price and took care of everything for me. Great experience overall.

Had a scheduled appointment between 9-10 and no call, no show. I contacted the company and was told they would arrive instead around 1:00pm. After 1:00pm again no call, no show. I understand schedules change or things come up but I feel the customer should be able to expect some communication when they have an appointment on the books. Needless to say I will not ever call this company again and I do not recommend. Completely unreliable and no customer service.
