They knew they were hauling off an oversized fridge and showed up without an appropriate dolly and had to reschedule. Showed up for the rescheduled appointment and still didn’t have the dolly. The new one was already on site so they got it done somehow but a frustrating experience

Sending in photos for the estimate was a lifesaver. Other companies want to come out and give an estimate which left me feeling like I would have felt pressure to make a decision on the spot.
