Company kept rescheduling the appointment because the driver couldn’t get a hold of me when they called. I asked repeatedly and was assured I did not need to be onsite for them to collect the items by two separate dispatchers. I was also told I could be billed electronically. I offered to give a card if they were worried about not being paid.
