After having a very bad experience with another company, I decided to hire Junk Guru’s services. I called at 12 PM, and by 1 PM, they were already on-site. They managed to get the job done the same day, even though I reached out to them at the last minute. They gave me a very fair price, did an excellent job, and on top of that, the workers they sent were incredibly kind. They worked professionally and ensured everything was completed perfectly. I 100% recommend their services!

There have been some reliability issues with this service. Calls have often gone unreturned, scheduled pickups have sometimes been missed without notice, and better communication when changes occur would be appreciated. In actual sense, they are not reliable.
