I have been using Junk Genius at two different properties the last couple of years and they have been great! Kevin is the man :) I highly recommend for furniture removal, however we've used them for a number of different trash removal services.

Called to get some old furniture picked up. They were very quick, Kevin called and showed up 30 minutes later. Loaded everything quickly and was friendly.
