These guys were great!! I had a massive pile of boxes piling up high in my garage (plus some other random items they took off my hands). I reached out and they were able to accommodate me same day. They came and went in a flash. Super kind people! Will definitely use them again when I decide to clean out my garage in depth. Highly recommend Junk Departure.

I reached out and got a response almost immediately. We were able to schedule a pickup for the next morning with no hassle. Their communication was great from start to finish. They said they’d arrive at 9 a.m., and they showed up right on time. I also appreciated the courtesy message 15 minutes before they arrived. They even offered to take a few extra items at no additional cost, which was incredibly helpful since it was a last-minute request. On top of that, they cleaned up some trash on the
