I purchased a whole home security package from Jacob at JSB Security Solutions. They did an acceptable job installing the system but customer service is non existent. I called several times to get basic support such as how to change the WIFI network and no one calls me back or replies to emails. They set up the system so they are the administrator and then do not respond to calls so I am basically locked out. Do not work with them. Their reviews have to be fake.

Jake did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He spent extra time to make sure everything was perfect before reviewing everything with me, including the Brink Security app. I'd highly recommend him!
