We had an extremely disappointing experience working with JR Masonry Solutions. While the scope of our project was substantial — a $40,000 foundation repair — we expected a level of professionalism and transparency that simply wasn’t there. The lead contractor initially gave a clear outline of the work, but once the project was underway, he repeatedly raised prices without adequate explanation or agreement. His approach became increasingly aggressive, unprofessional, and even verbally abusive.

This company scammed me out of $9,300 and refused to come back to fix my porch. They promised to come back several times and set dates and times and simply did not show up. Photos below of how they left it. They used cheap tar to “water proof” my basement and charged me $6,500 for it. They use pressure tactics to start the job to “inspect” and give you low estimates at first then overcharge you in other areas to make up for it. Total scam. They rebuilt the top section of our chimney, replaced loose bricks, and sealed it perfectly. Excellent job!
