I used this company for a recent local move after a friend had a great experience with them. Scheduling was easy, and they were very responsive leading up to the move. My move was scheduled for a 1–3pm arrival window, but the movers ultimately did not arrive until around 6:40pm. I understand that afternoon moves can run late due to earlier jobs taking longer than expected, but I was disappointed that I had to repeatedly reach out myself throughout the afternoon and evening to get updated ETAs.
