Jose is a huge disappointment. I trusted that he would do his job and clean the gutter screens. He negotiates prices, but then cuts back on service. Unfortunately, I hired him 4 times over the last year for gutter screen cleaning service. I finally hired a gutter installer just a few days after Jose left, and he found filthy gutter screens from the build-up. Mind you, the gutters do not need to be cleaned as the screens protect them. Jose cannot be trusted.
