Jones plumbing came and replaced 11 shutoff valves under my sinks. The hard water froze them and they would not turn. Additionally, the water shutoff for the house was broken. They went above and beyond in replacing the shutoff valves with much better ones and replaced the hoses as well at no extra cost. They redesigned the house and irrigation shutoff valves and cleaned up the entire piping system that controlled that. I would definitely hire them again. They do excellent work!

Overpriced for the work they do. They were here 10 minutes (timed it on my ring camera) and charged $100. Did not even fix the issue. I was at work and a family member was in my place because they kept rescheduling. They wanted to charge me again to come back out.

Edited 2023: I was in my front yard performing my own plumbing repair to the main line entering my house. Collin just happened to be driving by and saw me working.
