Beware of this energy brokerage. I have had the same experience as many others. They increased my allocation to pull credits from three solar farms without my knowledge. This increased my bills fivefold. One representative claimed my account was canceled one month ago, while another said they are amending my allocations, which would be reflected on my next bill. Do not sign with them. Their cancellation policy is pure extortion, especially if you cancel because you had solar panels installed at your house. They charge you for months after, for electricity you generate yourself and offer credits only good for a year you'll never use unless your panels break. They will lie to you about the cancellation date even when have the the email proving the date of cancellation.
