Have used Johnston’s for water softner and recently for RO system. They are very knowledgeable and work is high quality. Pat did our installation and paid extra attention to detail and went the extra mile.

The account is under Forte. Service personnel has never been an issue and Jason is someone you want interacting with clients. We have had issues with the equipment achieving the expected output. My better half has a water based business that this has impacted. This issue persisted for a couple years. Clients did make mention. Still, Johnson Water Conditioning take the needed action after poor reviews. This company definitely deserves credit for the corrective action.
