The technician was rude upon first interaction on the phone. He showed up 40 mins. late for scheduled appointment time. When he arrived he was also very rude and I had to ask for his name, no introduction, NO customer service! He came in and for the 3rd time asked what was wrong with our fireplace. He was here for less than 5 mins and didn't inspect every part of our chimney, only from what was inside our living room. He wanted to give us a quote without asking any further questions and eve
