Roughly 6 months ago, joe came to trouble shoot my well in custer park, I had a major capacity problem, and was always running out of water, and other well companies had tried to sell me a new well altogether for tens of thousands of dollars I didn't have, so i put it off for years, I finally got sick of dealing with it and found joe, he came out and checked over things and recommended we do a acid treatment, so thats what we did, I knew my well pump was pretty old, so I was expecting to replace

My pump burst on Monday, 3/31/25. And we had fixed it before, piece of cake we thought no problem we got this. Well we didn't, so called Joe's well and they were out Wednesday afternoon and fixed the pump, greet a had water but needed to replace the pressure tank. Yet again we thought we fixed that on our own we got this. NOT, called Joe's well & pump, and he said I'll try and get to me on Sunday. (Today of all days). Well I I'm happy he came those 2 days. I cannot say enough about this company. Jim was HIGHLY knowledgable, friendly, curteous, reasonably priced and very tidy. He even fit us in a day early when he had a cancellation, which was GREATLY appreciated since we had no water. He was nothing but respectful and pleasant. He completed his work in a short period of time and educated us on maintenance of the equipment for optimal useful life. Disregard the lunatic who wrote the one bad review. Dont think twice about using Joes Well and Pump...
