I've hired Joe a few times for handyman jobs. He doesn't know how to lay tile, hang a door, fix a sliding pantry shelf and more. He takes shortcuts, accepts good enough when it's not, doesn't finish the job correctly, etc. After so many failures, I certainly won't hire Joe again.

Joe came a full day ahead of schedule when we called and explained the hazardous electrical problems that had left us with no power to most of our property. He fixed some shorts and replaced/ upgraded parts of our electrical system.
