they called me yesterday to confirm and i missed the call. which made me worried. i called the number its a landline. Tom showed up promptly at 8 am as agreed. i was worried the battery store is closed at 8 am. Tom said he had batteries in his truck!!!Tom questioned the valve job the former guy had done last Summer. he said he could tell from 1000s of times done before. the price for a total inspection and clean up was reasonable. i will sign up for a regular maintenance program.

Just had a service call with Tom on my Generac generator. Super knowledgeable and very nice person. He was worth the wait.

I have always been satisfied with JP Electric performing annual maintenance on my Generac. Tom, my usual electrician, always leaves my 7 year old generator working (and looking) like new. Thanks!
