Andrew is definitely 10/10 ! I had him do my home inspection yesterday, and it was extremely thorough and very well documented. We reviewed the findings afterwards, and I could tell Andrew knew the home inside and out. Did a fantastic job communicating with me and laying out the condition of the home, risks, safety, health concerns, and maintenance items. He even listed a few minor cosmetic items. So grateful for Andrew‘s input in the home buying process!
