Hello, Joshua of JKD Specialties provided me a well priced bid for two smaller 4'x4' concrete cutouts to be re-poured and finished. Two condos within my association, had a recent & costly supply line repair-replace issue requiring the initial concrete cutting and removal. Joshua was able to start soon after we spoke and did a great job prepping, mixing and finishing the concrete, as well as forming a lowered square section for a required stop and waste valve cover plate.
