Mr. (Billy Ray) Stevens was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, highly efficient and neat in both work and dress. He removed and installed 2 hose bibbs at my home. When we discovered that I had purchased an incorrect size, he patiently waited while I went to Home Depot for the correct part without complaint or extra fee. He charged $206 (highly pleased) for the same work that I was quoted $600 by another plumber. Very satisfied with appearance of the work. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
