Horrible and impossible to have a conversation with Jim very demanding and knows everything he thinks! I would not recommend having a conversation with him as it will drain you and he will tell you stories. The reviews on this page don't reflect the interaction with him. Avoid at all cost.

Jim is extremely unprofessional and lacks any experience when it comes to communication and writing. It took multiple calls to get a response and he speaks to you in an arrogant way like you don’t know anything about life, or business. Very unprofessional with a lack of empathy for their customers. Very frustrating and disappointing. Worst company. As multiple people stated already: terrible work, horrible customer service. Best advice is DO NOT hire them. 1 start rating is too high.

Jim did a great job to replace the old pipe and the faucet for my kitchen sink with the new one. He is very responsible and has a reasonable price. I like the job he completed!

Below Needed a couple of small jobs done, including an outside faucet bib with new shutoff and some PVC drain work. Jim returned my call promptly and completed the work as scheduled for a reasonable price. Great service and communication. Highly recommended.
