He identified a very simple fix that would likely solve my problem (which he walked me through completing myself), and we talked through some other possibilities should that solution not solve the whole issue. He was so helpful...even after he realized that my job was too small for his company, he still stayed and provided me some great input on how to course-correct a drainage problem created by a less-skilled contractor.
