I wish I had a great experience like the other reviews. I never dealt with John, he sounds like a good man. My contact person was Shawn. He said he was John's son? He is charming and has a beautiful Scottish accent. He quoted me $1,800 to repair my front steps. On the day his men broke apart my steps, Shawn called me at work and said the job is going to be $14,000. I requested he stop the job. The worse part of this, is that I was duped.
