Wanted a quote for mini splits. The technician arrived, mid vape puffing on my porch. Continued vaping during evaluation. Did a fast, rough evaluation of the house without giving concrete answers. Left the house to go check what mini split systems they had, as he was unfamiliar with it and admitted they only installed two all year. Took about 2 hours, came back with barely any details on the procedure and cost breakdown. Quoted $18k for 2 mini splits. Zero breakdown even after calling the office
