Jerry helped with my pump when I moved into my home a couple years ago and I fortunately saved his #. I called him at 6pm on a Friday, and this man not only answered but walked me through exactly what I needed to do to reset my pump so my water turned back on. He didn’t use it as an opportunity to come here and charge me for a repair or a service fee. I’m floored how kind he was because it’s just not the norm anymore.

I called Jerry because our well stopped working. He was so nice and walked me through what I could do to fix the problem myself without having to pay for a service call. I feel like there are many people who would’ve taken advantage of my situation, but he went out of his way and took his time to explain exactly what I should be looking for and how to do it. Thank you so much for being an honest company and picking up your phone on the first ring!

Literally the most helpful person I’ve ever talked to since living in Florida in the last 8 years!! Had an issue late at night, called him and he walked me through exactly what to do, step by step. I couldn’t believe how he seemingly knew the exact details of my equipment just over the phone. It worked like a charm. And he wouldn’t accept a single dollar from me. I suspect I’ll need a new pump some point soon and I will absolutely be using Jerry - for any and all well issues forever!
