Was waiting a week for an estimate, Carlos was finally coming at 9 am but called in that he had an emergency, asked me what I needed and told me he'll be there around noon then send me a quote right away. Stayed home to wait and talk to him but he never showed, never sent a quote and 3 days later when I asked about it he replied asking for an address and then stopped replying 👻
