This company is run by a father and son team. They respond rapidly and do only what is required. There is no up selling. On our first contact, we were told that all that was needed was a little lubrication. There was no charge for the call out. You will be please with their professionalism and prices.

Charlie was incredibly friendly…I called during their closed hours and he was more than willing to come out but also offered to save me some money and walked me through what I needed to do on the phone. Rare to find that kind of friendliness and honesty with businesses these days. I’ll be using JCTZ for all my garage door needs/repairs/replacements going forward.
