Andres, Jose, and his team did an incredible job in some renovations I needed throughout my 3-flat home. We did a 203K loan which made the process a bit more complicated than a standard renovation but they were knowledgeable about the process and had no hesitation working with the loan. Not many contractors are willing to! Everything turned out great and as expected. The project took longer than expected to complete but that’s expected with any construction projects. I would recommend using them

Jose and team did a really great job for our kitchen. He was communicative and very knowledgeable, and gave really good advice about what’s needed and fixtures in the kitchen. From start to finish, even with some trouble with my countertop supplier, they were able to finish our kitchen in 6 weeks!! And we gutted the whole thing. Definitely will be recommending him to my friends and family.

They did some extensive renovations on back porches converted to indoor living spaces in my three flat apartment building. One of the windows they installed started leaking water around it before long. It took a lot of contacting to get them to look at the issue, and then they just applied some more caulk. When the leak reappeared within a few months, they were even slower to respond. They kept putting off any work, rescheduling, and refusing to acknowledge that the window was not properly inst

We had an odd request. We needed a very detailed inspection report for a bank loan. Jose and JC General Construction were very responsive and were the first to respond to our request. Jose came out quickly and spent two hours walking through the property. They were able to quickly provide a very detailed inspection and cost estimate. He brought up items we had originally missed. Through out the entire process Jose was very communicative and provided great advice.

Jose and his crew did a fantastic job on my basement remodel. Great work at a fair price. We redid the bathroom, drywall, flooring and installed a wet bar.
