I’m late to do this review but not long ago I went to get a zipper fixed on a memorial pillow. I had made in honor of my mom and sister. They left me 3 weeks apart. Jay-Dee did it for free. It was the more than a kind gesture - it was the compassion they showed me at a very difficult time.
