I initially booked a 45 min in-person appointment. Jason then let's me know that he does a 20 min phone call first so I re-booked. I set up a time and was confirmed. I sent my ideas and pictures prior to the appointment as it was required. The appointment time comes - no phone call despite confirming with him. waited 20 minutes. EVEN EMAILED 2 times. 3 days later - still no explanation why he went ghost. Based on this experience - I will not do business with him.
