EDIT: I see management responded to this with completely inaccurate information so thought I'd update. I have a small fire pit in the drive way that has made depression marks where it sits, camping chairs that have made impressions...The asphalt has held up incredibly poorly and their claims of "proper compaction" are baseless and false.
